Extensive and Unreserved Sale by Auction.
To be Sold by Auction, on Monday and Tuesday, the 22nd and 23rd 
days of April,
at the Residence of
DOCTOR MacCORMACK, Portadown,
(In consequence of his having obtained an appointment in England.)

A QUANTITY OF VERY SUPERIOR AND FASHIONABLE HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, China, Glass, Britzka Phæton, Jaunting Car, Horse, Single and Double Harness, Bridles, Saddle, Cart, Plough, Harrow, &c., &c.  A very superior BROADWOOD PIANO, with extra additional Keys, Metallic Plate and Bar, and all the latest improvements, but a very short time in use, cost 65 guineas ; a Glass Shade of very rare and valuable Indian Birds, containing among others, a handsome Bird of Paradise; French Time Piece, Engravings, &c., &c.
  THE FURNITURE comprises handsome Mahogany Sofa in blue Damask Moreen, Mohogany Drawing Room Chairs and Window Curtains to Match; Sofa, Loo, and other Tables; Easy Chairs stuffed with hair, and Spring Seats, covered to correspond with Curtains; a very superb Set of Telescope Dinner Tables, 5 feet 6 inches wide, by 16 feet long, to dine 20 persons, forming also (if required) three separate Tables; Mahogany Dining Room Chairs, Carpets, Fenders, Fire Irons, Argand Dinner Lamps, Hall Lamp, a handsome Dinner Service, &c., &c.
  IN THE BED ROOMS will be found Mahogany Four Post French and other Bedsteads, Mahogany Dressing Tables, Wardrobes, Presses, Commodes, Looking Glasses, Bed Room and other Carpetings.  Delft, Kitchen Furniture, besides numerous miscellaneous articles.
  THE HORSE is a very useful dark bay one, 7 years old, fast, quiet to ride and drive, sound.  THE PHÆTON accommodates four persons, the hind seat has large moveable Hood with German Shutters and Apron, forming a complete covered Carriage, for either one or two horses, with Pole and Shafts, Lamps in excellent order, having been but very little used; a set of capital Double Harness.  The JAUNTING CAR is in excellent order ; a good set of single Harness, an excellent new Saddle and Bridle, an Oat Bin, some turf, &c.
        Sale to commence each day at Eleven o'clock precisely.
  Horse, Phæton, Jaunting Car, Harness, Piano, &c., at two o'clock on the first day.
  THE STOCK OF MEDICINES, Stoppered Bottles, with Gold Lables [sic], both Tincture and Powder, Show Bottles, Ointment Pots, Jars, &c., will be put up on the first day at 3 o'clock; this Lot is well worthy the attention of the Medical Profession, as the Medicines are of the best quality, and but lately ordered from the first Druggists in Ireland.  N.B. This Lot will be disposed of by PRIVATE CONTRACT to any party wishing to purchase them, any day before the Auction, and every facility afforded for inspecting them.
