THOMAS ARCHER, for whose Apprehension a — Reward of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS is offered is a Deserter from the Antrim Militia — about 5 Feet 6 Inches high — Dark Complexion — Black Hair — Gray Eyes — Smooth- faced — rather Slender — by Trade a Shoemaker — has a long Chin — marked with Small Pox a little, and not very deeply.
