WE, the undersigned, having, in due form requested the High Sheriff of this County, to convene a Public Meeting of his Bailiwich, "to take the relations at present existing between Landlord and Tenant in Ireland into consideration, with a view to petition Parliament for their adjustment on an equitable basis," and he having thought proper to refuse.
