Pat Mahon, Esq., v Capt. Kean, and Mr. T. Comyn.
This interesting trial will not come on at our next Assizes. Time for showing
cause having been on application of the defendants further extended to the 1st
day of next term - Mr. Henry Dean Grady has been retained for the defendants,
and they are at present almost unnecessarily occupied in the arrangement of some
very interesting documents connected with the evidence against them. In this
stage of the business it would be indiscreet in us to give an opinion, buy
whenever the trial takes place a reporter shall attend, and the earliest and
most accurate statement given.
