Marriage
At Killenaboy, on Monday, by the Rev. Mr. Caher, cousin of the bride, Mr. Thomas
Slattery, of Sand-field House, to Kate, eldest daughter of the late Mr. John
Forde, of Drumoher, in the county.
Deaths
At Newgrove Cottage, on the 2nd inst., Thomas Brown Burke, Esq., aged 81 years.
During a long life he gained for himself the respect and good opinion of all the
classes. He has left behind him the character of an honest upright man.
At his house near Barefield, in the prime of life, on yesterday, after a few
days illness, Mr. Michael Arthur, leaving a widow and children to lament his
loss. His death is deeply deplored by all who had the pleasure of his
acquaintance.

Yesterday at Raheen, near Ennis, Mrs. Eliza Pilkington, at the advanced age of
74 years.

Birth
On the 15th inst., at Ardreigh, Athy, the wife of Thomas Pilkington, Esq.,
Waterpark, in this county, of a son and heir.

Death :- At Liscannor, on the 19th inst., Mr.Michael Considine, at the
advanced age of 75. Mr.Considine was much esteemed by all who had the
pleasure of his acquaintance, and his death is regretted by a large circle
of friends.

At Freagh Castle, on Friday, the 22nd inst., the wife of Michael Kenny, Esq.,
Solicitor, of a daughter.
